By accessing and using this freelancing platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Accounts are classified as Freelancer (student) or Employer.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

The platform is designed to connect Computer Science students with freelance opportunities, skill-building programs, and mentorship.
Users agree not to misuse the system for fraudulent activities, spamming, or illegal content.

Employers must post accurate job descriptions.
Freelancers must apply honestly, reflecting their true skills and qualifications.
The platform does not guarantee employment or project acceptance.

Employers and freelancers may provide ratings and feedback after job completion.
Feedback must be fair, constructive, and respectful.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Freelancers will receive payouts only after the successful completion and approval of their respective projects by the employer.
The platform shall not be held liable for any payments, agreements, or transactions made outside the official system.
An administrative and maintenance fee shall apply to all transactions conducted through the platform. Specifically, a 2.5% service fee will be charged to employers on each project payment, and a 2.5% deduction will be applied to freelancers’ total earnings prior to payout. These fees contribute to the ongoing maintenance, improvement, and security of the platform.

Users are responsible for their own interactions and agreements.
The platform only provides a medium to connect freelancers, employers, and mentors.

All user information is processed in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Users have the right to access, update, or delete their personal data.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant revisions.
